Brad began his business career in merchant banking in 1996 where he had the opportunity to work with top-tier investment banks, accounting firms, and law firms in a variety of different industries, wearing many hats. The nature of the work took him to Wall Street where he was privileged to be among a group invited to “ring the opening bell” at the New York Stock Exchange.
After more than a dozen gainful years in banking, Brad transitioned into commercial real estate as a principal. He has worked with several entrepreneurs and developers, facilitating the sale and acquisition of a variety of different properties, from urban in-fills to improved property and raw acreage. He has assisted clients with Multifamily, Office, Medical, and Industrial properties.
Years ago, after being approached by a friend regarding the sale of his family’s residence, Brad chose to expand his brokerage services into the residential real estate market. With a history of exposure to high-end residential construction during his formidable years and a long affinity for architectural design, Brad has enjoyed representing home buyers and sellers with a keen eye toward great attention to detail. Whether a commercial or residential client, Brad strives for the most desirable outcome, meeting every need with competence and professionalism.
Brad achieved the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation demonstrating his commitment to providing high-quality service to his clients. The GRI designation evidences a strong educational foundation and in-depth knowledge of real estate fundamentals and technical subjects.
Brad studied Spanish and psychology at Southern Methodist University in Dallas. At SMU, he earned a business degree with an emphasis on marketing from the Cox School of Business.
Brad has traveled and conducted business across much of the country. Additionally, he has studied abroad and enjoyed extensive foreign travel.
