About Brad Cutsinger, GRI

Brad Cutsinger is the sponsoring broker of Oak Properties and is a Texas Medical Center born, native Texan. He leverages his considerable business, financial, and community experience for the benefit of his clients.

Brad began his business career with his family’s merchant banking office in 1996 where he had the opportunity to work with top-tier investment banks, accounting firms, and law firms in a variety of different industries, wearing many hats. The nature of the work took him to Wall Street where he was privileged to be among a group invited to “ring the opening bell” at the New York Stock Exchange.

After more than a dozen gainful years in banking, Brad transitioned into commercial real estate as a principal. He has worked with several entrepreneurs and developers, facilitating their sell and acquisition of a variety of different properties, from urban in-fills to improved property and raw acreage. He has assisted clients with Multifamily, Office, Medical, and Industrial properties.

Years ago, after being approached by a friend regarding the sale of his family’s residence, Brad chose to expand his brokerage services into the residential real estate market. With a history of exposure to high-end residential construction during his formidable years and a long affinity for architectural design, Brad has enjoyed representing home buyers and sellers with a keen eye toward high attention to detail. Whether a commercial or residential client, Brad strives for the most desirable outcome, meeting every need with competence and professionalism.

Brad studied Spanish and psychology at Southern Methodist University in Dallas. At SMU, he earned a business degree with an emphasis on marketing from the Cox School of Business. Brad holds a Graduate Realtor Institute designation.

The Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) symbol is the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation. Buying property is a complex and stressful task. In fact, it’s often the biggest single investment you will make in your lifetime. At the same time, real estate transactions have become increasingly complicated. New technology, laws, procedures and the increasing sophistication of buyers and sellers requires real estate practitioners to perform at an ever-increasing level of professionalism.

GRI designees:

  • Have pursued a course of study that represents the minimum common body of knowledge for progressive real estate professionals.
  • Have developed a solid foundation of knowledge and skills to navigate the current real estate climate—no matter what its condition.
  • Are recognized nationally.
  • Act with professionalism and are committed to serving their clients and customers with the highest ethical standards.

Brad has traveled and conducted business across much of the country. Additionally, he has studied abroad and enjoyed extensive foreign travel. He believes his national and global exposures afford him a unique perspective that is potentially helpful for clients relocating to or investing in the burgeoning Texas Hill Country.

Brad, his wife, and children are active members of their church and the Boerne community. His four children include a set of identical twin young men in high school, another young man who joined his big brothers this year in high school, and a well-protected, grade school little sister. Brad is a member of The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch and River Oaks Country Club.
